About participation in the Motsnaya Kartka loyalty program and using coupons, for the right to receive a discount.

1. Set the amount of the discount provided to holders of bank payment cards, with the logo of the Motsnaya Kartka loyalty program (Further – cards), as well as to the bearers of the "Discount Coupon" - in the amount 10 руб. 00 cop. from the established prices for the service for the training of drivers of cars of category "B", provided by the Institution.

2. Discount is provided only for services, specified in paragraph 1 when concluding contracts in the head office of the Institution in the city of Gomel and branches in the cities of Rechitsa, Мозырь.

Extract from the Regulation “About the Motsnaya Kartka loyalty program and the use of a coupon for a discount from the established cost of services, provided by the Institution”.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Regulation defines the goals, tasks, the procedure and conditions for the provision of discounts by the Institution under the Motsnaya Kartka loyalty program and the use of a coupon for providing discounts to Service Consumers, implemented by the Institution;

3. Terms and Definitions.

3.1. Map – bank payment card, issued by the bank of the Republic of Belarus, on which the Program logo and a unique barcode in EAN13 format are applied (Further: barcode);

3.2. The Program logo is a graphic image in the form of a light blue rectangle with rounded edges, in which the words "Motsnaya kartka" are inscribed in white on the foreground, there is a semi-transparent percent sign "%" in the background:

3.3. Coupon - a strip of paper with a density of at least 250 g / m², the size 58,7 x 198,5 mm with applied full-color image, consisting of a main part and a detachable part. On the main part, made in white and blue colors, the image of the Institution's trademark is applied, official website address on the Internet, information about the services provided by the Institution, legal address, Contact phone numbers, coupon validity, extract from the terms of use of the coupon, QR code. On the tear-off part, executed in white, yellow, brown, blue flowers, the service provided by the Institution is indicated, for which the discount is provided by this Coupon and the amount of the discount provided;

3.4. Institution - Educational institution "Gomel State Automobile Training Plant";

3.5. Consumer – individual, Card or Coupon holder purchasing services at the Institution;

6. Conditions and procedure for granting discounts

6.1. The institution provides Consumers with discounts on services provided, provided that the Consumer presents a Card or Coupon before the employee performs (cashier) Institutions of the first payment for the service provided, within the framework of the agreement concluded between the Institution and the Consumer;

6.2. Amount of discount, service list, for which the Institution provides discounts, terms and periods of discounts, and also cases, when a discount on a Card or Coupon is not available, are determined at the discretion of the Institution by issuing an order in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus and local regulatory legal acts of the Institution (hereinafter - Order);

6.3. discounts, provided by the Institution upon presentation of the Card or Coupon by the Consumer, cannot be combined with other discounts, provided by the Institution, do not add up to each other, are not cumulative (one Card or Coupon entitles one Consumer to one discount for one service) unless otherwise provided by local regulatory legal acts of the Institution;

6.4. Discount to the Cardholder can be provided automatically by scanning the barcode with the Institution's software and hardware. The discount can also be provided in other ways., permitted by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, in this case, the Consumer the Cardholder provides the Institution with the following additional information: Card number and validity period, entered by the Institution into the contract for the provided service;

6.5. Discount to the bearer of the Coupon shall be provided in accordance with clause 6.1. of this Regulation upon presentation of the Coupon and there is no suspicion of its authenticity. In this case, the detachable part of the Coupon is withdrawn, is redeemed with a stamp of the Institution on its reverse side with an indication of the date of cancellation, surnames, name, patronymic of the bearer of the Coupon and stored together with the concluded contract for the provided service, being its integral part;

6.6. Discounts with a Card or Coupon do not apply to the cost of automobile fuel spent in the provision of the service.;

6.7. Discount by Card or Coupon applies to services, provided to consumers, as in cash, and for cashless payments;

6.8. The owner of the Coupon is the Institution, in case of loss, the Coupon is not renewed.

6.9. The institution has the right to refuse to provide discounts on Cards or Coupons without prior notice to Consumers by issuing a corresponding Order;

6.10. If the Card is lost or damaged, its replacement or issue is made by the issuing bank in accordance with the local regulatory legal acts of the issuing bank;

6.11. The institution is not responsible for incurred direct or indirect losses, related to the use of the Card.
